Owner Dave Miner and winemaker Gary Brookman chose to take a new direction for Premiere Napa Valley this year, with an offering that leans a bit to the right—the Right Bank, that is. While we bottle both a Cabernet Franc and a Merlot, we have never, until now, created a blend of these two varietals. So for Premiere Napa Valley, we offer just that, with the fruit coming from one stellar source: the renowned Stagecoach Vineyard. By pairing incredibly concentrated Merlot and floral and spicy Cabernet Franc from this site, we’ve created a rich but gorgeously balanced and aromatic wine—a departure from status quo, but uniquely Miner.
